My goal is to create workouts that will make you stronger, more flexible and balanced throughout your whole body, so you can meet your next adventure with confidence. Personal Trainer through ACE since 2011. Certifications include: Power Pilates Mat I & II, TRX, Hardstyle Kettlebell, BOSU, and Spin.

 

Personal Training

Attention to form is crucial. I take the time and have the knowledge to make sure you have proper form which will make your workouts more impactful, translating into fewer injuries, better strength, flexibility and mobility.

Group Training

Working in small groups provides extra motivation, and is a fun way for clients to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment — all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.

Pilates

Focus on core and posture with Pilates. Learning to breathe properly while exercising seems intuitive, but it is not, this is a natural byproduct of following a Pilates regime. Working on core strength, alignment, flexibility, balancing both sides of your body are all benefits of Pilates.
